Comrade Ayihi AbdulMumin said that the victory of APC in the last general
election was possible as a result of Governor Yahaya Bello dedication,
commitment, pedigree and vision. “Party victory with a large majority, portrays
the level of support accorded to His Excellency by Ebira people.“We have
confidence that he will make a difference in Kogi state and hope that he will
continue to work hard for the comprehensive development and advancement of Kogi
state.
Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello is a man that we all can see his
intentions and what he plans to do for this state. It is not just about saying
he is the incumbent, people have been talking about what he has achieved and
how he has helped stabilize the polity after all we went through in the last 16
years. Even his disposition presents him as a calm, collected and peaceful
person.
We appealed to the state’s
civil servants to shelve their grieved and give their full support to him come
rain come shine. We should all know that Governor Adoza is a human not God, to
err is simple, he can’t do all things at a time, and as a human being he is
bound to made mistakes. Therefore let us support him and work for his
re-election bid been our Son.
Ayihi made the appeal in Okene during the Street
Sensitization Tour in the local government area, stressing that “we appeal to
Anebira, for God’s sake and for the sake of our fore father, to support and
cooperate with the governor. Gov. Bello “Don’t
look at him as a representative of the All Progressives Congress (APC) because
politicking will end the day he will be sworn in as governor come January 27,
2020; it will then be no longer politics but governance.’’ Ayihi said the
governor Yahaya Adoza bello require a lot from the state’s civil servants in terms of direction and therefore urged them to look
inward and develop ideas that would make a difference in their respective
ministries and ensure the success of this administration.
We can see the ongoing rehabilitation in our community water works
that was abandoned for over two decades now”. We have to appreciate the good
works of the governor, mostly area entrenchment of peace and security, saying:
“we have concluded our plan to re-elect him come November, 2019”.
The leaders of the youth wing reassured Gov. Bello of his
victory at the poll and their continued support, prayers and solidarity.
