I want to advice the 21 LG Directors of Local Governments and Treasurers in Kogi State to stay clear of anything that will drag their names to any form of frauds in the Local Government Administration.
We are very much aware of efforts by some government agents to draw funds from the LG accounts using different forms of tittles and sub headings to cover their face(s) but if it happens, we will not call their names but your names will surely be mentioned and reported accordingly as our agents is now in the 21 LGAs of Kogi State and keenly watching to see how the events unfolds.
The recent and ugly development of the idea of contract tenders from interested contractors is one and the Kangaroo F&GPC to expense money on Agric revolution. One would have expected that at this time of many years arrears of salaries and pensions, unimplemented promotions, unpaid leave bonus for years and so on, the general expectations is for LG to focus on how to settle all the above arrears but, it is also expected by some of us that the real managers of our state resources will still try to make something out.
It will be my humble advice to you to tender your voluntary retirement letters rather than accepting anything you know too well will not be acceptable by the masses, majority of you have worked for more than 30years of age now and you must not allow any selfish, greedy, uncultured, and demy god to drag you into any of the above prison and leave your family in pains and frustration for what you never eat nor benefited from.
I feel pained and sympathies sometimes with some of you all the DLGS/ LGTS. As you will be under pressure, intimidation, and harassment to bring this money especially from the ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs but, note that taking anything from LG account now has other than it official responsibility of salary payment will have much implications because, they are watching and don't allow the EFCC to start following you up and down Oga DLG/LGT, as we go show them your hide ooo because NULGE at various Local Government has been instructed to guard and guide this funds coming to them jealously as the first priority of the money is basically and purely SALARY PAYMENT!
