Report; OKEHI SECURITY UPDATE.
Under the directives of His Excellency, Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello, The Executive Chairman of Okehi Local Government Council who also doubled as the Best Award winning Security Chairman in Nigeria Hon AbdulRaheem Ohiare Ozovehe deployed additional personnel to Okehi Joint Security Taskforce to secure all entry and exit routes to Okehi Local Government Area.
Marching His Excellency's directives with action, the most Security Conscious Council Chairman today visited the five (5) Security posts to assess the Security preparedness of the personnel.
From Itakpe, Okene- Ajaokuta byepass, Eika- Ohizenyi byepass, Okaito-Ohuepe road, Ohuepe-Kabba road and Ihima-Ayere road, the Okehi Council Boss gave the Security personnel courage and as well motivated them to ensure that the routes are kept safe for motorists and travellers.
"We are leaving no stone unturned in our bid to ensure that all routes leading to Okehi Local Government Area and environs are safe and secured in line with His Excellency, Governor Yahaya Bello's directives. We are equally urging the Citizens to help with prompt and useful information that would help in consolidating the security successes we have achieved so far", maintained Hon Ohiare.
