"KSST Pays Familiarisation Visit to Obaro of Kabba
Today, July 3rd, the Kogi State Security Trust Fund paid a courtesy visit to the Obaro of Kabba, His Royal Majesty Oba Solomon Dele Awoniyi (OBARO OWEYOMADE 1), at his palace in Kabba.
The visit was aimed at seeking the royal father's blessings and support for the development of Kogi State Security Trust Fund.
During the visit, Hon Abdulraheem Ohiare Ozovehe, the Executive Chairman of Kogi State Security Trust Fund, condoled the monarch over the death of his brother who passed away lately.
While reiterating Gov Usman Ododo's commitment to fighting insecurity, Hon Ohiare expressed absolute gratitude to Kogi state Governor, His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo for the efforts he has so far put in place in combating crime and insecurity in the state, thereby soliciting the monarch's support for the Kogi State Security Trust Fund (KSSTF), an initiative aimed at enhancing security in the state.
Additionally, he urged the monarch to use his influence to encourage his subjects, including business owners and indigenes of Kabba, to support the KSSTF.
The royal father, in his response, commended Gov Usman Ododo for his ongoing efforts towards ensuring peace and security in Kogi State, thereby pledging his support for the KSSTF and promised to reach out to his subjects to rally their support for the initiative.
