A Chartered Accountant by profession, Chief Obaro’s financial expertise and administrative discipline have shaped his distinguished career across both the public and private sectors.

Chief Obaro’s influence extends beyond Nigeria. In recognition of his leadership and dedication, he was elected Secretary General of the All Progressives Congress (APC) UK Chapter during the Congress held on June 29, 2024, in London.
