Okene News Update: APC Guber Primary; Okene II Party Executives Pledged Total Support To Gov. Bello As Hacco Meet Stakeholders

Elected on the platform of All Progressive Congress (APC) the member representing Okene II Constituency in Kogi State House of Assembly, Hon. Ahmed Dahiru (Hacco) has assured party Executives and leaders from his constituency of his plans to put smile on the faces of the constituents through various interventions as contained in his campaign manifesto. He reiterated his commitment to continue his interaction with party executives and leaders to move the constituency forward.

Hon. Ahmed Dahiru stated this at his Okene II Constituency Party Secretariat during a strategic meeting with the 116 executives and Party Stakeholders. The lawmaker who took time to update party men and women of his case at the election petition tribunal, urged his supporters to disregard the rumour flying in the media that there is no cause for alarm that he is confident of victory at the end of the case.

While thanking the party excos for doing the Governor proud in the last Senatorial, House of Rep and Assembly elections, the Honourable member reminded party executives of the task ahead and the need to ensure the entire party voting structure is delievered to the Governor who double as his benefactor and leader of the party, His Excellency, Alh. Yahaya Bello. He described Governor Yahaya Bello as an uncommon leader who breed leaders around him and in turn creates chains of young and talented people in positions of authority. 

The humble lawmaker who enjoy high level of grassroots supports announced the donation of 150 bags of rice to his constituents for sallah celebration and cash rewards to all party executives. Ward Chairmen, Women and Youth leaders as well as Party Stakeholders all took turn to eulogised the leadership qualities of Hon. Ahmed Dahiru (Hacco) and pledged their total loyalty and support to the reelection of Gov. Yahaya Bello.
