Petition Tribunal After months of legal tussle, the Election Petitions
Tribunal sitting in Abuja, this afternoon, upheld the election of Muhammadu
Buhari as the President and the C-in-C of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
In a report monitored in Lagos, the tribunal in dismissing the petitions of Alh. Atiku Abubakar, declared that Muhammadu Buhari was duly elected. After months of legal tussle, the Election Petitions Tribunal sitting in Abuja, this afternoon, upheld the election of Muhammadu Buhari as the President and the C-in-C of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
