Yahaya Bello Mourns Prominent Ebira Leaders, Pays Condolence Visits in Okene

Former Governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello, on Thursday paid condolence visits to the families of the late Daudu Alhaji Ahmed Rufai Onimisi Obeito and the late Alhaji Salihu Suleiman Okatahi at their residences in Okene.
During the visits, the former governor expressed deep sympathy to the bereaved families and prayed for the peaceful repose of the deceased.
Speaking on the passing of Daudu Ahmed Rufai Onimisi Obeito, Bello described him as a respected community leader, peace advocate, and elder statesman whose wisdom and leadership greatly impacted his community.
He also paid glowing tribute to the late Alhaji Salihu Suleiman Okatahi, renowned businessman and proprietor of KWADECO Pharmacy, describing him as a philanthropist and visionary entrepreneur whose contributions to healthcare and economic development in Ebiraland remain invaluable.
The former governor urged both families to uphold unity and remain steadfast during the period of mourning, while praying to Almighty God to grant the departed eternal rest and comfort those they left behind.
