Alh. Yahaya Karaku popularly called Obama, who is also the Chairman of Kogi Central Advisory Council has applauded the people of Kogi Central Senatorial District for the genuine love shown to Governor Bello in the just concluded prayers organized by the All Progressive Congress (APC) Campaign Council in the area.
He made the statement yesterday at Central Mosque, Okene where the Muslim community in Ebiraland marked the end of the 3 days prayer sessions organized for the re-election of Governor Bello and for peaceful poll in Ebiraland.
He also thanked the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) Kogi Central Chapter, the Muslim community and the traditional leaders in Ebiraland. According to Alh. Karaku, the faithful of the three religion faiths have been enjoying harmonious co-existence in Ebiraland as a result of the mechanism the governor has put to work.
He gave kudos to Hon. Suberu Abubakar Adagu, the Director General of APC Campaign Council, Alh Ibrahim Ahovi, APC Vice zonal chairman, the Administrators of the local government areas in Kogi Central and the Ohis' in Ebiraland for the effective role they played during the prayers.
Furthermore, he commended the women group and the non indigenous group supporting Governor Bello and assured the people that Governor Bello will leave no area untouched when he returns to Lugard house while also urging the electorates to collect their permanent voter cards to exercise their franchise in favour of Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello in the November 16 election.
