Kogi State Commissioner for Water Resources Hon.Abdulmumin Danga today embarked on an emergency tour around lokoja metropolis.
Hon. Danga whose unannounced visitation to various water distribution areas started from Greater Lokoja water works to know the level and the amount of water distribution for the day, Hon.Danga further took Proactive tour to some of the various pure water factory that have been using water for businesses illegally without due process and no payment attached and he ordered for immediate discussion.
Hon. Danga emphasized that he has put up a concerted efforts and plans to address the issue of Water Supply in Kogi State and he Enjoined the People of Kogi State to pay their bills to avoid disconnection from now, an effort must also be put in place by the citizen to Compliment the government policy.

Right moves in the right direction sir, i think we all need to understand that we cant keep blaming the government at all time when we are not doing the right thing, lets stand against illegal connection, pay our water bills and assist maintain the water facilities in your domain and see if the government will not keep to their pact. I believe this ministry under the leadership of Hon.Danga will make a huge difference in the water sector and every kogites including the ones in the rural areas will benefits.
