The Executive Chairman of Okehi Local Government, Hon. Abdulraheem Ozovehe Ohiare bagged award of Outstanding Contributions to the development of the Kogi State College of Nursing & Midwifery, Obangede in Okehi LGA of Kogi State.
Kogi State of Nursing & Midwifery, also honored other eminent personalities including the Executive Governor of Kogi State, His Excellency, Alh. Yahaya Bello during the Institution's 6th Convocation Ceremony held yesterday.
Presenting the prestigious award to the Council Chairman at the College premises in Okehi local government, they described Hon. Ohiare as a true friend of the College whose contribution to the College especially in the area of Security cannot be overemphasized.
In his response, Hon Ohiare expressed gratitude to the College of Nursing & Midwifery, Obangede for finding him and his administration worthy of recognition even as he promised to do more to ensure a peaceful society for all irrespective of class or religious beliefs in line with the Security blueprints of his benefactor, His Excellency Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello.
