APPEAL TO ALL OSS OLD STUDENTS
I, Comrade Muhammed Yusuf Osana (Class of 1995) and Secretary, Board of Governing Council, Okene Secondary School, humbly call on all Old Students of OSS to organize ourselves—set by set, class by class—as we approach the December period, and pick at least one project to execute for the development of our alma mater.
We cannot continue to wait for government alone; their commitment is uncertain.
Look at Ihima Community Secondary School —its Old Students have completely transformed the school and given it a new image.
We have influential personalities in both the Ododo and Tinubu governments. Let us also remember the great benefits we received from OSS: the knowledge, the opportunities, the foundation for our success today.
We must not allow our school to decline or fade into extinction again..
A few individuals have contributed greatly—may God reward them—but this responsibility belongs to all of us.
Let us unite, give back, and restore the glory of Okene Secondary School.
