Senator Abubakar Ohere Accompanies Yahaya Bello to Honor the Late Mother of Ciroma of Ebiraland at One-Year Memorial Prayers

Distinguished Senator Abubakar Ohere, on Sunday, joined His Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello, CON, former Governor of Kogi State, to attend the one-year anniversary memorial prayers of the late mother of the Ciroma of Ebiraland, Alhaji Ataba Omolori.

The solemn event eld at Apo legislative quarters drew a large gathering of prominent sons and daughters of Ebiraland, including the Apc state chairman, former Accountant General, ministers and key dignitaries, traditional rulers, political leaders, religious clerics, and community stakeholders who came together to honor the memory of the late matriarch.

In his remarks, His Excellency Alhaji Yahaya Bello described the late mother as a virtuous woman whose life was characterized by piety, compassion, and devotion to family and community. He prayed for the continued peace and unity of the Omolori family and the entire Ebiraland.

Senator Ohere, who accompanied the former Governor, also offered prayers for the repose of the late mother’s soul, commending the Ciroma of Ebiraland, Alhaji Ataba Omolori, for preserving his mother’s legacy of humility, generosity, and faith.

The event served as a reminder of the enduring values of family, unity, and communal support that define the Ebira people. It was also a moment of reflection and renewed commitment to fostering peace and progress across Ebiraland.





Other dignitaries, political associates, and well-wishers were also present to identify with the Omolori family during the memorial prayers.
