APC KOGI STATE CHAIRMAN ACCOMPANIES GOVERNOR AHMED USMAN ODODO TO THE KOGI STATE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY FOR THE PRESENTATION OF THE BUDGET OF SHARED PROSPERITY
The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Kogi State Chapter, Hon. Abdullahi Bello (Dollar), today accompanied His Excellency, Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, to the Kogi State House of Assembly for the formal presentation of the 2026 Budget of Shared Prosperity.
The budget, themed “Driving Sustainable Growth for All”, reflects Governor Ododo’s unwavering commitment to inclusive development, financial discipline, and equitable distribution of resources across all sectors of the state. It outlines strategic investments in critical areas such as education, healthcare, infrastructure, security, agriculture, youth empowerment, and social welfare.
Speaking after the presentation, Hon. Abdullahi Bello commended Governor Ododo for his visionary leadership and for prioritizing the needs of the people. He described the budget as a clear roadmap toward sustainable economic growth, job creation, and improved quality of life for all residents of Kogi State.
He further applauded the cordial relationship between the executive and the legislative arms of government, noting that such synergy remains essential for effective governance and the successful implementation of people-oriented policies.
Hon. Bello also reaffirmed the APC’s unwavering support for the administration’s development agenda, assuring the people of Kogi State that the party will continue to champion initiatives that promote peace, prosperity, and progress across the state.
