Your Excellency and my able successor,
Warm congratulations on the completion of a second remarkable year in office as the Governor of Kogi State. This milestone marks more than the passage of time - it also celebrates continuity, stability and purposeful leadership anchored on the ideals we jointly envisioned for our dear state.
Over the past two years, you have consolidated strongly on the strategic development initiatives of our New Direction Agenda while transitioning seamlessly into the Kogi State 32-year Transformation Plan.
I am simply proud of the leader you have become, particularly your servant leadership credentials as amply validated by your administration's wholehearted commitment to courageous, people-centered and progressive governance.
Your calm but firm leadership style has further strengthened unity, peace, and confidence across our dear State, reaffirming to all and sundry that the trust the good people of Kogi State reposed in you two years ago was not misplaced.
Even as you take stock today, I urge you to remain steadfast, focused, and resilient. The journey of governance is demanding, but history rewards leaders who lead with vision, integrity, and courage - all qualities which you have consistently displayed.
On behalf of my family and associates, I felicitate with Your Excellency on this Second Anniversary while praying The Almighty God to grant you health, strength and wisdom to continue providing transformational leadership and good governance to our people.
The best days of Kogi State are still ahead of us and I remain fully persuaded that you are the best man for the job of leading us even beyond the present term.
