Chief Momoh Yusuf Obaro Attends Grassroots Alliance for Senate 2027 Stakeholders’ Meeting

In a bid to strengthen grassroots mobilization and boost the senatorial ambition of Chief Momoh Yusuf Obaro.
The Chief Momoh Yusuf Obaro Grassroots Alliance for Senate convened a sensitization meeting.
The meeting was held yesterday at Adayi Chatta Compound, Ahogede, Okene Local Government Area of Kogi State, and was attended by key stakeholders from the eleven wards in Okene LGA.
A major highlight of the gathering was the presence of Chief Momoh Yusuf Obaro himself, alongside his Director of Campaign, Alhaji Kokori, and other dignitaries.
As part of the traditional rites, the Ohi Abara Sub-Clan in Ogu performed the kola nut breaking ceremony, invoking divine blessings, success, and victory for Chief Obaro’s senatorial ambition.
Several speakers addressed the audience, including Mallam Ibrahim Adabara, who motivated supporters to remain steadfast and continue backing Chief Obaro. He emphasized Obaro’s leadership qualities, benevolence, philanthropic gestures, and selfless service to Ebiraland.
The Women Leader also offered prayers for his success, urging women to actively support the movement while highlighting their crucial role in the political process, particularly in determining electoral outcomes.
In his remarks, Alhaji Kokori urged APC supporters to participate fully in the upcoming APC e-registration exercise.
He emphasized the importance of safeguarding their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) and remaining committed to the vision of Chief Obaro. He described Obaro as an exceptional leader, a promise keeper, experienced, and transparent.
Chief Momoh Yusuf Obaro, in his address, expressed gratitude to Almighty God and appreciated all stakeholders across the wards for their attendance and support.
He outlined his reasons for contesting for the Senate, noting key areas of focus, including:
Addressing the water challenges in Kogi Central Senatorial District
Providing soft loans to support business growth, especially for women
Complementing the efforts of His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo
Facilitating job opportunities for unemployed youths across the district
And other developmental initiatives aimed at improving the lives of the people
The meeting concluded with prayers, while stakeholders were encouraged to intensify mobilization efforts and sustain their support for Chief Momoh Yusuf Obaro.
