Former Senator Ohere Sadiku Abubakar, FNSE, has extended heartfelt congratulations to Muslim faithful across his district and beyond on the successful completion of Ramadan and the celebration of Eid-el-Fitr.

In his goodwill message, Ohere described the occasion as a period of gratitude, sober reflection, and renewed commitment to the principles and teachings of Islam. He praised the resilience, discipline, and devotion demonstrated by Muslims during the holy month, noting that such values are vital for nurturing a morally sound and progressive society.

He urged the people of Kogi Central to sustain the spirit of Ramadan by embracing peace, tolerance, and mutual respect in their everyday lives. According to him, unity across religious and ethnic lines remains essential for achieving lasting development and social harmony.

Ohere also encouraged citizens to show kindness and support to the less privileged during the festive season, emphasizing that compassion, generosity, and shared responsibility are crucial in strengthening community ties.

He concluded by praying for Allah’s mercy, guidance, and abundant blessings upon all families, and for continued peace, stability, and prosperity in Kogi Central, Kogi State, and Nigeria at large.
