KSHA ELECTION: ENOUGH OF THE DECEIT — OKENE I WILL DECIDE
This is not business as usual. The days of recycling weak candidates and deceiving the people are over.
Let it be said clearly: Comrade Abdulhameed Ataaba Oporo has the strength, the structure, and the acceptance to defeat the incumbent, Hon. SAS resoundingly. The illusion being sold that the incumbent will return is nothing but political hypnosis, and the people are no longer asleep.
If an election were conducted this Saturday, Hon. SAS would not just lose he would come a distant second. He is no longer marketable, no longer trusted, and no longer capable of riding on any political godfather to secure victory. The ground has shifted, and it has shifted against him.
We have seen this script before. Even in the last dispensation, Hon. Lawi, despite his political backing, could not convincingly defeat an opposition candidate. That alone is a loud warning: the people are no longer fooled.
Okene I is made up of seven wards filled with conscious, determined voters. The era where results are manufactured from one ward to another is dead. No group can invade another ward to manipulate outcomes when the people are ready to defend their votes.
Power is not given it is taken.
If a sitting senator a woman can break free from political bondage and assert her independence, what excuse do others have? Courage is the currency of this moment.
We make it clear: Comrade Abdulhameed Ataaba Oporo must not allow himself to be trapped in a broken system. We strongly urge him to follow the bold path of Senator Natasha and move to an opposition platform where his mandate can be secured.
He is loved across Kogi Central. He is a proven philanthropist not a miser hiding from the people. He moves freely across all clans, connects with the grassroots, and commands real loyalty. He is not an imposed candidate with zero public relations record. He is the people’s choice.
The era of imposition is over. Ebiraland will not be held hostage by a few individuals who believe power is their inheritance. The cracks within the APC in Kogi Central are no longer hidden they are widening, and they will break the party if ignored.
Let this serve as a warning: any attempt to impose a candidate will boomerang disastrously. The people are watching, and they are ready.
This time, there will be no manipulation. No deception. No forced outcomes.
The people will decide and their decision will be final.
