Yahaya Bello Pays Sallah Homage to President Tinubu
Former Governor of Kogi State and APC Senatorial Candidate for Kogi Central, His Excellency Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello, CON, on Saturday evening paid a Sallah homage to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at his Lagos residence as part of activities marking the Eid-el-Kabir celebrations.
The former governor, who joined President Tinubu in watching the UEFA Champions League final between Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) and Arsenal, later held a private meeting with the President where they discussed a range of national and political issues.
Speaking after the visit, Bello disclosed that their discussions focused on the current political developments, governance matters, and the future of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Bello commended President Tinubu's leadership and reaffirmed his commitment to supporting the administration's efforts toward economic growth, national unity, and improved welfare for Nigerians.
The Sallah visit provided an opportunity for both leaders to exchange views on issues of national importance while reflecting on the progress made by the administration and the challenges that lie ahead.
