Kogi @35: Hon. Dr. Abdullahi Bello Celebrates Kogi State, Reaffirms Commitment to Good Governance
The Honourable Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Kogi State, Hon. Dr. Abdullahi Bello, extends warm felicitations to the Government and good people of Kogi State as the state marks its 35th anniversary.
The Commissioner described the 35th anniversary as a significant milestone in the history of Kogi State, reflecting the resilience, unity, cultural diversity and collective aspirations of its people.
He commended the administration of His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, FCA, for its commitment to grassroots development, strengthening local government administration, promoting peace and implementing policies aimed at improving the welfare and living conditions of citizens across the state.
Hon. Dr. Abdullahi Bello further emphasized the strategic role of traditional institutions and local government councils in sustaining peace, fostering community development and promoting inclusive governance at the grassroots.
He called on all Kogites to continue to uphold the values of unity, peace, mutual respect and patriotism while supporting initiatives that will contribute to the sustainable development, prosperity and progress of the state.
On this historic occasion, the Commissioner joins Kogites at home and in the diaspora in celebrating 35 years of Kogi State. He prayed that the state will continue to witness peace, progress, prosperity and greater opportunities for all.
Hon. Dr. Abdullahi Bello wished the people of Kogi State a memorable 35th anniversary celebration and prayed for continued wisdom, strength and success for the state’s leadership and citizens.
