Arewa for Asiwaju appoints Billy Oyiza Okuku as Deputy Director of Woman Affairs, Kogi Central

Arewa for Asiwaju (A4A) has appointed Hon. Hajia Billy Oyiza Okuku as Deputy Director of Woman Affairs for Kogi Central, in a strategic move to strengthen women's participation, grassroots engagement and inclusive political mobilisation across the senatorial district.

The appointment comes as the support group intensifies its efforts to mobilise support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu ahead of the 2027 presidential election.

In her new capacity, Hon. Hajia Billy Oyiza Okuku is expected to promote women's engagement, coordinate activities with female stakeholders and community leaders, and strengthen grassroots participation in support of the organisation's objectives.

The appointment reflects A4A's commitment to empowering women, expanding its grassroots network and creating greater opportunities for women to contribute meaningfully to political participation and community mobilisation.

Through this development, Arewa for Asiwaju seeks to further consolidate its presence in Kogi Central while advancing its support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's 2027 re-election ambition.
