Kogi Ladies Future Archivers Movement reaffirms support for Haruna Ganaja’s chairmanship ambition

The Team Kogi Ladies Future Archivers Movement for Haruna Ganaja has reaffirmed its commitment and unwavering support for the emergence of Honourable Prince Mohammed Haruna Ganaja as the next Executive Chairman of Ajaokuta Local Government Area in the October 2026 local government election.
The Founder and Leader of the movement, Hon. Hasiyat Aliyu, expressed the team's readiness to mobilise support, canvass votes and engage with eligible voters across Ajaokuta in support of Hon. Haruna Ganaja's chairmanship ambition under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
According to the movement, its support for Hon. Haruna Ganaja is driven by his loyalty to the party, dedication to service and commitment to the progress of his constituency and the welfare of the people. The team believes these qualities, alongside his political experience and relationship with the party's leadership, position him as a strong contender for the chairmanship seat.
The movement further noted that Hon. Haruna Ganaja has demonstrated his commitment to the party and the development of his constituency. It expressed confidence that his experience in public service, coupled with the lessons drawn from the administrations of former Governor Alhaji Yahaya Bello and the incumbent Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, would provide valuable guidance in delivering effective and people-oriented governance at the grassroots.
Hon. Hasiyat Aliyu maintained that leadership requires dedication, accountability, inclusiveness and a genuine commitment to the needs of the people. She expressed optimism that Hon. Haruna Ganaja, having gained experience and political guidance from the state's past and present leadership, would be well positioned to contribute meaningfully to the development of Ajaokuta Local Government Area.
The movement also called on party faithful, community leaders, women, youths and other eligible voters to remain united and actively participate in the democratic process. It emphasised the importance of peaceful mobilisation, constructive engagement and issue-based support as the election approaches.
Reaffirming the group's position, the founder declared that the movement would continue to work towards building public support for Hon. Haruna Ganaja, whom it considers a credible choice for the chairmanship of Ajaokuta Local Government Area.
As the October 2026 election draws closer, Team Kogi Ladies Future Archivers Movement for Haruna Ganaja says its commitment remains firm, with a determination to mobilise support for its preferred candidate and promote its vision for the future of Ajaokuta.
