HON OHIARE INTERFACES WITH OKEHI LGA WARD HEADS.
...URGED THEM TO SUPPORT & PROPAGATE ODODO.
In his continued quest to ensure Okehi LGA takes it rightful place in the comity of LGAs, the Executive Chairman of Okehi LGA, Hon Abdulraheem Ozovehe Ohiare interfaced with the entire Ward heads across Okehi LGA.
Paramount amongst the issues addressed during the session was the welfare of the Ward heads which he promised to look into, specifically, those who were not yet on pay roll of the government. He also fashioned out some ways through which the Ward heads could be more functional in their respective domain
s in line with the mandate given to them by the government.
Thereafter, the security of their respective domains were brought to fore, where some strategies towards ensuring a safer and more secured Okehi LGA were scrutinized.
The climax of the interface was the Council Chairman's charge to the Ward heads, where he strongly urged them to support the Ododo Project and propagate the gospel in their respective domains in collaboration with the key Stakeholders of the Project in their respective domains. Describing the Project as a matter that goes beyond Party politicking, Hon Ohiare, informed the Onobas that their involvement in the Ododo Project does not entails being partisanship but a service to their people.
