HON OHIARE RESOLVES MOSQUE LEADERSHIP IMPASSE.

In his usual manners and in a bid to ensure that peace and orderliness reigns supreme in his domain, the Executive Chairman of Okehi LGA, Hon Abdulraheem Ozovehe Ohiare resolved the impasse that rocks the Okumehi Jamaah mosque situated in Oboroke-Ihima, Okehi LGA.

Immediately the leadership impasse got to his ears, the Council Chairman wasted no time in bringing all parties involved to a round table resolution.

The Council Chairman having heard from both parties during the peace session, urged all to observe restraint and continue to live together harmoniously and as well observe prayers in line with Islamic tradition that enshrines peaceful devotion and unity of faithfuls.

With the contributions of the Chief Imam of Ihima, Alhaji Yunusa Sadiq; Chief of Staff, Hon Hassan Otori Shaibu and SA on Security Matters, Hon Umar Adams; the leadership impasse was finally, laid to rest as both parties agreed to coexist peacefully and worship harmoniously in line with the resolutions reached and according to the tenets of Islam.
